Purchase of Raw Material
The first step of production is to purchase the raw material (MS Rods) from our trusted and verified supplier. Materials are to be purchased as per the standard material grade or customer’s specifications as outlined below.
Quality checking of material
Before starting production, it is essential to verify the material grade report provided by the supplier.
The Quality Supervisor (or designated technician) is responsible for inspecting and verifying that the MS Rods meet the required material grade and are in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
Once approval is obtained from the Quality Supervisor, the material is cleared for further use in the manufacturing process.
Manufacturing
In this step, the manufacturing processes typically include threading, drilling, facing, milling, and cutting.
Expert engineers are responsible for ensuring accurate measurements, dimensional control, and quality inspection of the finished products.
Our experienced engineering team maintains tight tolerances ranging from ±0.02 mm to ±0.05 mm, with precision even at micron levels, depending on the application requirements.
Quality Control Department
After the product is manufactured, it is sent to the Quality Control (QC) Department.
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for inspecting all dimensions and measurements using various quality control methods, including:
• Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
• Simple Random and Systematic Random Sampling
• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
A QC report is generated based on the findings. If all measurements fall within the required tolerances, the material is approved and forwarded to the Packing Department. If not, it is sent back for reprocessing or correction.

Packaging
Once the quality inspection is complete, each order or sub-order is directed to a designated packing location.
At this stage, the completeness of the entire order can optionally be verified.
A packing list is then generated and included with the shipment.
Finally, the entire order is securely packed in accordance with packaging standards and customer requirements.
